The River City Pen Company makes custom and handmade pens. The plastic on this one is gorgeous, a glittery swirl of brown, silver, and gold. It's thick barreled and oversized. The model is the "Arlington", and the plastic is labelled "Throne Room". It comes in a brown suede sleeve. No clip. The nib is a 1.1 mm RCPC steel stub. Cartridge/converter. It looks new, but I can tell from the converter it's been used. 5 5/8", 143 mm.
